2012 Fall Fitness Challenge

2012 is speeding along and it’s already after Labor Day! Did you start out the year with health, wellness or fitness goals? If you’re like many people, you did and by now you’re in need of some MOTIVATION! Well Midnight Intrigue Events and Tuffy’s Fitness have teamed up to bring you the 2012 Fall Fitness Challenge!

This is a 6 week challenge to improve YOUR HEALTH! Women helping women become healthier TOGETHER.

The Details:

  • Challenge Time: Tuesday, October 2nd – Tuesday, November 13th
  • Weigh-In/Body Fat Analysis/Measurements (at start & at finish)
  • Weekly Group Workouts lead by professional personal trainer
  • Weekly Motivational Newsletter with fitness tips, simple workout and a healthy recipe
  • Individual Progress Tracking
  • Fitness Challenge T-shirt
  • PRIZES!!!
  • Registration is $40 (includes all of the above)
