2012 Community Events Planning Survey

This is a survey to gather information that will be used to plan and coordinate Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LBGTQ) focused events in 2012. There are 14 short questions. Please be candid in your responses. This information will not be shared on an individual response level but will be compiled to determine areas to focus on in the coming year. This is your opportunity to have direct input into the events produced in 2012. The survey should take less than 10 minutes and will be available until December 23rd, 2011. One email will be selected to receive a Gift Card in appreciation of completing the survey.
